Islam seeks to preserve equilibrium between mankind and nature

Islam and divine religions have sought to preserve the equilibrium between humans and nature. The issue of the environment is a very important issue. In short, this issue is important because it is about mankind’s responsibility vis-à-vis nature; they should feel that responsibility. Just in the same way that we feel a responsibility with regard to human life, we must feel responsible with respect to nature. Islam and other divine religions have sought to preserve the equilibrium between humans and nature. This is the basis and main goal [in caring for nature]. Not preserving this equilibrium is the result of [a number of] factors, the most important of which is human complacency, the quest for power, and the bullying nature of some of us, humans. When this does not happen – that is, the equilibrium is not preserved – then environmental crises take place; an environmental crisis will harm the whole of the mankind and all generations [of human beings].

He felt humbled before this wisdom and thereafter became a Shi’a disciple who promotes Shi’a principlas in Europe. Shi’a traditions can be taught at all echelon, ranging from an average intellect to the highest rank of philosophers. Abbas Ibn Ali's value resides in his jihad, self-sacrifice, devotion and knowledge of Imam in his time. His significance is his patience and endurance, his refusal to drink water while dehydrated; standing over the river without any religious or customary prohibitions for ingesting water. The value of those martyred at Karbala resides in the reality that they safeguarded a just cause, in the most difficult conditions anyone could imagine.

Even Imam Ali’s enemies have acknowledged his nobility

The Commander of the Faithful (a.s.) belongs to all of humanity. He does not only belong to Shia Muslims and Muslims in general. All of humanity is humble and respectful before the greatness and beautiful aspects of Ali ibn Abi Talib (a.s.), except for those people who do not know him. Therefore, you can see that the panegyrists of the Commander of the Faithful (a.s.) are not only Muslims. A Christian also praises the Commander of the Faithful (a.s.). It is not only Shia Muslims who praise him. As well as Shia Muslims, the community of Sunni Muslims in all parts of the world of Islam speaks more enthusiastically about the Commander of the Faithful (a.s.) than about other great personalities of the early Islamic era. Why? What is the reason? The reason is the greatness of this Imam, the kind of greatness which some people tried to deny throughout the life of that great personality and during several centuries after his demise. But they failed. The brightness of the sun cannot be denied because it is the sun and it naturally shines and gives warmth and light. Can this be denied?

You say that you support freedom of expression and thought. They assassinate him and America congratulates them! Notice what the extent of their shamelessness is. Did the world accept this? No, not at all. Even westerners themselves and public opinion throughout the world did not accept it. This means losing political legitimacy. It means that they are not reasonable at all and that what they say is not accepted by fair-minded people in the world.
